IP Utilization

The company will commercialize its intellectual property through two primary models: a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offering and, in select cases, revenue-sharing agreements. The SaaS model allows clients to subscribe to the software while the company retains full ownership of the IP. For certain strategic partners, the software may be licensed under tailored revenue-share terms. In both cases, usage is governed by clear contractual agreements to protect the integrity and value of the IP.

Type of IP (trademarks, copyrights, etc.) and nature

The company’s intellectual property portfolio primarily consists of the following types:

Copyrights: Covering the proprietary source code, user interface designs, and all original written and visual content associated with the software platform. These copyrights protect the creative and functional elements of the system and form the backbone of our SaaS offering.  Trademarks: Covering the brand name, logo, and associated visual identity. The company may pursue trademark registration at a later stage to strengthen brand protection and support future marketing and expansion initiatives.
